Alternative delivery methods are used to solve complex engineering challenges or constraints associated with a project’s risk, schedule, or budget. Horrocks has extensive experience in using alternative delivery methods to help owners manage these challenges and constraints. As the program manager, designer, or independent quality firm (IQF) , we partner with owners, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes through Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) or Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR), Design-Build (DB), and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery.
