CONSTRUCTION, PLANNING, & REVIEW

Horrocks Color bar.jpg

Horrocks’ Construction, Planning, and Review (CPR) services are used to identify and prevent issues with constructability, planning, and scheduling before a project reaches the contractor bidding stage. Analyzing designs with a construction lens long before the first support is placed or any concrete is poured helps avoid costly change orders and unnecessary delays.

The Horrocks CPR team looks at projects from a holistic perspective, analyzing plans in conjunction with existing infrastructure. We then highlight where things could go wrong, how things could be misunderstood during the bidding process, and how these potential issues can impact timing and costs.

During the review, our CPR team also looks for any mistakes or omissions in the plans and specifications and relays that information to the designers.
