Horrocks has expanded its services to include rail, onboarding local industry experts with decades of experience in numerous sectors of the industry. Our team brings extensive expertise to the full suite of rail work, having executed projects from private and industrial rail to at-grade crossings, many in coordination with Union Pacific Railroad. Our engineers are experienced in developing railroad track, transload facilities and sites, delivering solutions for vital connections and keeping things –and people– moving.

Part of a select class of companies, Horrocks is one of only eight design consultants in the nation to be authorized by the Union Pacific Railroad. Building on a legacy of more than 100 years, our rail team has cultivated important relationships with both public and private entities and has a thorough understanding of design in a wide range of rail sectors.
