Our Loveland Office opened in April of 2023. Horrocks works with surrounding towns, cities, counties, and municipalities providing professional coordination, design, and construction services for various public-facing projects. Our experience includes public transportation projects such as roads and bridges, multimodal facilities and trails, and ROW acquisitions work for clients in Northern CO.
